| 为探究壳聚糖溶液处理的保鲜纸对沙子空心李采后贮藏品质的影响,以沙子空心李为试材, 在常温(25 ℃)条件下,分别采用0、5、10、20 g/L壳聚糖溶液处理的保鲜纸进行包裹,定期测定果实在 贮藏期间的失重率、腐烂指数、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、还原糖含量、总酚含量、总黄酮含量 以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性等指标。结果表明,贮藏15 d时,10 g/L壳 聚糖保鲜纸处理组保鲜效果最佳,其失重率(11.88%)、可溶性固形物含量(9.70%)、可滴定酸含量 (2.30%)、还原糖含量(9.64%)和总酚含量(56.41 mg/g)均优于其他处理组。同时该处理能有效维持沙 子空心李采后贮藏期间的SOD活性,提高PAL活性。综上,10 g/L壳聚糖溶液处理的保鲜纸可显著延 缓沙子空心李采后品质劣变,保鲜效果最佳。 |

| In order to investigate the effect of preservative paper treated with chitosan solution on the postharvest stor? age quality of‘ Shazikongxinli’,‘ Shazikongxinli’ were used as the test material. Under ambient temperature condi? tions (25 ℃), the fruits were packed with preservative paper treated with 0, 5, 10, and 20 g/L chitosan solutions. Indica? tors, such as weight loss rate, decay rate, soluble solid content, titratable acid content, reducing sugar content, total phenol content, total flavonoid content, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL) of the fruits, were measured regularly during storage. The results showed that on the 15th day of storage, the preservative paper treated with 10 g/L chitosan had the best fresh-keeping effect. Its weight loss rate (11.88%), soluble solid content (9.70%), titratable acid content (2.30%), reducing sugar content (9.64%), and total phenol con?tent (56.41 mg/g) are all better than those of other treatment groups. Meanwhile, this treatment can effectively maintain SOD activity and increase the PAL activity of‘ Shazikongxinli’ during postharvest storage. In conclusion, the preserva?
tive paper treated with 10 g/L chitosan can significantly delay the postharvest quality deterioration of‘ Shazikongxinli’ and shows the optimal preservation effect. |
