      为了探究海藻酸钠基-拮抗酵母复合涂膜处理对采后樱桃番茄果实品质的影响,以海藻酸钠 为基材,将拟郎比可假丝酵母(Candida pseudolambica)封装于海藻酸钠基质中,制备了复合涂膜材料, 并评估了其对灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)的抑制效果及对樱桃番茄果实品质的影响。结果表明,海藻 酸钠基-拮抗酵母复合涂膜仍保留较高数量的活酵母,在体外显著抑制了B. cinerea菌丝的生长,抑制 率高达89.0%以上。在樱桃番茄果实伤口处,拮抗酵母能够有效定殖并增殖,复合涂膜处理显著降低 了樱桃番茄灰霉病的发病率和病斑直径。贮藏第5天时,复合涂膜处理组的发病率和病斑直径分别 比对照组降低了26.7个百分点和40.8%。此外,复合涂膜处理还显著降低了果实的失重率,维持了果 实的硬度,但对果实的可溶性固形物含量、酸度和色泽影响较小。因此,海藻酸钠基-拮抗酵母复合涂 膜能有效控制樱桃番茄采后灰霉病,维持果实较好的品质。
英文摘要:
      This study aimed to investigate the effects of sodium alginate-based antagonist yeast composite coating treatments on the postharvest qualities of cherry tomato fruits. The Candida pseudolambica was encapsulated in sodium alginate matrix to prepare composite coating materials, and the inhibitory effects against Botrytis cinerea and its impacts on cherry tomato fruit qualities were evaluated. Results demonstrated that the sodium alginate-antagonist yeast composite coating maintained high populations of viable yeast cells, which significantly inhibited the mycelium growth of B. cinerea in vitro, with inhibition rates exceeding 89.0%. Antagonistic yeast could effectively colonize and proliferate at the wound sites of cherry tomato fruits, and the incidence of gray mold and the diameter of diseased spots were significantly reduced after the composite coating treatment. On the 5th day of storage, the incidence and lesion diameter of the composite coating treatment group were reduced by 26.7 percentage points and 40.8% respectively compared with the control group. Furthermore, the treatment also significantly decreased the weight loss rates and maintained the firmness of the fruits, while exhibiting minimal impacts on soluble solids contents, acidity, and color parameters. Therefore, the sodium alginate-based coating combined with antagonistic yeast can effectively control the postharvest gray mold disease in cherry tomatoes and maintain the good fruit qualities.
