      为研究黄色黏球菌(Myxococcus xanthus)SH-3对采后樱桃番茄保护酶活性的影响,以樱桃番 茄果实表面的细菌性软腐病病菌GDMCC 1.331为研究对象,将其与M. xanthus SH-3进行共生培养, 25 ℃条件下每2 d取一次样,测定果实保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、肉桂酸-4-羟化酶(C4H)、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(GLU)、 几丁质酶(CHI)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,与只接种病原菌的阴性对照组相比, 接种M. xanthus SH-3发酵液果实的SOD、CAT、PAL、C4H、GLU、CHI活性提高,POD和PPO活性在贮 藏第4天时达最大值,MDA含量呈降低趋势。综上,M. xanthus SH-3能显著缓解病原菌对果实的危 害,延缓果实腐败,提高果实抗病性,有利于樱桃番茄采后病害的生物防治及贮藏保鲜。

      In order to study the effect of Myxococcus xanthus SH-3 on the protective enzyme activity of postharvest cherry tomato, the bacterial soft rot pathogen GDMCC 1.331 in cherry tomato was used as the research object. M. xan? thus SH-3 was symbiotically cultured. Samples were taken every 2 days at 25 ℃ , and the activities of protective enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO), phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL), cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase (C4H), β-1,3-glucanase (GLU), chitinase (CHI) and malondialde? hyde (MDA) content were observed. The results showed that the activities of SOD, CAT, PAL, C4H, GLU and CHI in the fruit inoculated with M. xanthus SH-3 fermentation broth were higher than those in the negative control group inoculated with only pathogenic bacteria. The activities of POD and PPO reached the maximum on the 4th day, and the content of MDA also showed a decreasing trend. The results showed that M. xanthus SH-3 could significantly alleviate the damage of pathogens to fruits, delay fruit corruption and improve fruit disease resistance, which was beneficial to the biological control and storage of postharvest diseases of cherry tomato.
